How to Make a Loan Payment

You can easily make your 1st United loan payments using your smartphone or your computer.


How to Transfer a Payment in Online Banking

  1. Log in to your account and select Transfer from the main menu or if you are using the mobile app, tap the Transfer quick link from your dashboard
  2. Select Make a transfer
  3. Using the From drop down, select the account from which you are paying your loan 
  4. Using the To drop down, select the loan you are paying
  5. Enter the amount of the loan payment
  6. Tap Submit to pay the loan now or select Options to choose a date in the future or create a recurring payment on a set day and time

How to Make a Payment in the Loan Payment Center

Pay with a bank account or debit card from another financial institution in Loan Payment Center. You can access the Loan Payment Center in online banking or through our guest portal link on our Loan Payment Options page.  The guest portal link will not require a login or password.
 
 
Pay in Loan Payment Center in online banking
  1. Log in to your account and from the dashboard, select the loan you would like to pay
  2. Click the icon Pay by Other Bank or Debit Card
  3. You will be redirected to the Loan Payment Center
  4. Click Continue 
  5. Review and agree to the Loan Payment Service Terms and Conditions and click Continue 
  6. Confirm Member Details and re-enter your email address
  7. Review Member Details and click Continue to proceed
  8. Once you are enrolled, the Schedule One-Time Payment window will appear
  9. Select your Payment Method and enter your bank account or debit card information
    • If you select debit card, you will need to verify the CVV code
  10. Payment due date will default but you can select a Payment Date of your choice
  11. Choose from the following options for your Payment Amount:
    • Current Balance
    • Minimum Payment
    • Payment Amount Past Due
    • Current Minimum Payment Amount
    • Other Payment Amount: Enter the desired amount
  12. Click Continue
  13. Review your payment:
    1. Account, Member and Payment Details
    2. Click the box to agree to the terms and conditions
    3. Click Confirm
  14. You will see a successfully processed alert and a confirmation number 
  15. You have the option to set up auto pay in the Account Summary page by selecting Set up AutoPay Payments from the drop down list
  16. In the drop down list, you have other options to choose from like View Payment Activity, View Payment Setups, etc.

Pay in Loan Payment Center through the guest portal link
  1. On the 1st United homepage, under the menu list, click Loans & Credit then Loan Payment Options
  2. Click on Pay in Loan Payment Center
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Primary’s SSN
    • Zip code
    • Check box “I’m not a robot”
  4. Review the Account Details
    • For multiple loans, use the Switch Account button
  5. Verify your Member Details
  6. Select your Payment Method and enter your bank account or debit card information
    • If you select debit card, you will need to verify the CVV code
  7. Payment due date will default but you can select a Payment Date of your choice
  8. Choose from the following options for your Payment Amount:
    • Current Balance
    • Minimum Payment
    • Payment Amount Past Due
    • Current Minimum Payment Amount
    • Other Payment Amount: Enter the desired amount
  9. Click Continue
  10. Review your payment:
    1. Account, Member and Payment Details
    2. Click the box to agree to the terms and conditions
    3. Click Confirm
  11. You will see a successfully processed alert and a confirmation number
  12. You have the option to set up auto pay in the Account Summary page by selecting Set up AutoPay Payments from the drop down list
  13. In the drop down list, you have other options to choose from like View Payment Activity, View Payment Setups, etc.
