How to Update Your Contact Information

Quickly and easily update the email address, phone number, mailing address, username, and password for your account. Here’s how:

Email, phone, and address changes

  • Log in to your account
  • Tap the avatar at the top of your dashboard or at the end of the main menu (it’s a circle with your initials or photo). Depending on the avatar, you may need to choose the Settings option.
  • Edit your information as needed and Save

Username, password, and passcode changes

  • Log in to your account
  • Tap the avatar at the end of the main menu (it’s a circle with your initials or photo)
  • Choose the Settings option then Security
  • Select the login option you’d like to update. You will be prompted to verify your password.
  • Make the necessary updates and Save
