Alerts keep you up-to-date on activity on your account. We offer three types of alerts – all found in the Manage Alerts menu within online banking. To learn more, view our how-to video, check out our interactive user guide or keep reading.


Choose from a variety of customized alerts delivered to you via text message or email, such as:

  • Current and available balances
  • Dividends paid
  • Loan amount due
  • More

To set up account alerts, login to online banking above, click the "Manage Alerts" tab, then choose "Account Alerts".

Fraud Text Alerts

Fraud text alerts keep your updated if we detect suspicious activity on your account. You can receive real-time text notifications for your Visa credit and debit cards. Here's how it works:  

  • A text message will be sent to your mobile phone when there is a suspicious transaction identified on your credit or debit card account. 
  • Simply reply to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction(s). 
  • If you do not recognize the transaction, we will block usage of your credit or debit card until we hear from you. 
  • If you reply that you recognize the transaction(s), your card will remain available for use.

To sign up for fraud text alerts, log in to online or mobile banking and select the "Manage Alerts" tab, then choose "Fraud Text Alerts".

Visa Purchase Alerts

Visa purchase alerts keep you notified of activity on your Visa card. You can set up alerts for:

  • Spending limits
  • Transactions made outside the United States
  • Online or phone purchases

To set up Visa purchase alerts, login to online banking, click the "Manage Alerts" tab, then choose "Visa Purchase Alerts" or enroll here:
