Youth Certificate Special: Only available to members age 17 and under, is limited to one per member, and is limited to a maximum of $1,000, plus dividends. Allows a penalty-free withdrawal of your interest at any time. A penalty will be charged for early withdrawal of principal balance. Dividends will be compounded and credited monthly and at maturity, and are paid monthly based on average daily balance. 10-month certificate rolls into a 12-month certificate upon maturity. Membership is required and established by opening a youth savings account.
