New online and mobile banking is almost here!

We are excited to announce that a new online and mobile banking platform will be introduced in May. Our new app brings many new features such as card controls and in-app mobile deposit, plus the same great features you already know – it's all in there!

To ensure a smooth transition, here are a few things you need to know and tasks to do to help you prepare.

Update your contact information

As part of the transition, you will be prompted to re-set your login credentials on the new platform. The process will require verification of the information on your account as well as your member number. If this information is out of date, you won't be able to log in.

Immediate Action Required: log in, select Settings > Manage Contact Info > Verify phone & email

Download check images

Check images will not transfer over to the new platform. Download needed check images before 5:00 p.m. on April 30. Images prior to the new platform will continue to be available through our Member Contact Center or branch. This includes images of checks you’ve written and checks you've deposited using mobile deposit.

For Quicken users

Quicken access and credentials will need to be re-established with the new platform. If you use Quicken, we encourage you to download your account activity before 5 p.m. on April 30.

Account alerts

Once the new platform is available in May, you will be asked to recreate your account alerts. Members who have not opted out of fraud text alerts will be automatically re-enrolled in this added level of protection.

We’re excited to announce that our new app will include in-app mobile deposit. Once it’s live, you can delete the DeposZip app.

Telephone banking

Updates to telephone banking

You will be required to create new telephone banking credentials in May. This will require your Social Security number and your member number. Please be sure to write down you member number before April 30.
