New online and mobile banking coming!
We are excited to announce that a new online and mobile banking platform will be introduced in May. To ensure a smooth transition, here are a few things you'll need to know and tasks to help you prepare.

Update your contact information
To help facilitate a seamless account login, please update your personal information. As part of the transition, you will need to re-set your login credentials. The process will require verification of the information in your account. If this information is out of date, you'll have delays logging in.
ACTION REQUIRED: LOG IN, SELECT SETTINGS > MANAGE CONTACT INFO

Download check images
Check images will not transfer over to the new platform. Please download needed check images by April 29, 2021. Images prior to the new platform will continue to be available through our Member Contact Center or branch. This includes images of checks you’ve written and checks you’ve deposited using mobile deposit.

For Quicken users
Quicken access and credentials will need to be re-established with the new platform. If you use Quicken, we encourage you to download your account activity by April 30, 2021.
