First Time Logging In
The first time you log in, your experience will require a couple extra steps.
- First, you will enter your login information as you normally do.
- Next, the system will confirm your identity by sending a Secure Access Code to the contact information you have in online banking. This is a better way to register your device because it’s more secure and it eliminates the need for security questions. Once you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it into the new system and choose if you’d like to register your device.
- Finally, once you’ve successfully logged in, you will be asked to change your password. You can choose to use the same password or change it to a new one.

Be sure to update your 1st United mobile app. You’ll be prompted with instructions when you open your current app.
