COVID-19 Safety While Visiting Our Branches
1st United continues to follow CDC and local health official guidelines regarding COVID-19. Requirements will be updated as health orders adjust. Thank you for helping us to continue to protect our most valuable asset – our members and staff – by following these guidelines when visiting our branches:
Face coverings are strongly recommended while visiting our branches.
Sanitation protocols will continue to followed by 1st United staff.
Social distancing of six feet will be followed.
Please do not enter if:
You have been in close contact with anyone known to have COVID-19 or who has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
You have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days.
You are experiencing any of these symptoms:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath
Difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
Headache
Loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Fatigue
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Other symptoms
Rent Relief for Tenants and Landlords
The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program is available to help low-income households pay or collect rent and utilities – past due and future payments. For additional information, to find a Local Partner Network organization near you, or for eligibility and application help, call the CA COVID-19 Rent Relief Call Center at (833) 430-2122 or visit them online.
Whenever possible, please take advantage of online and mobile banking, reserving branch visits for transactions that cannot be completed from home. If you need help getting started, call us at (800) 649-0193. We're happy to help!
